Business Performance Management

Publishing – this client engaged iCOMP to help improve the speed and clarity of their business reporting.  We assisted in their process to improve the quality of their operational reporting.  The client subsequently built out a new discipline as well as implemented a very successful technology program to instill this approach throughout the organisation.

Transport and Logistics – one of the country’s largest transport organisations recently engaged iCOMP to lead their efforts around improved performance reporting and planning.  Equipped with numerous scheduling, reporting, and other transactional systems, this organisation is interested in the value a Performance Management culture can bring to its effectiveness, both in cost and service level improvements.

Food manufacturing and distribution – one of the country’s largest poultry companies recently experienced slow performance from a previously installed Business Intelligence application. After 3 consultants, including the software owners, they called iCOMP. With iCOMP’s extensive experience in performance improvement of applications, we rapidly isolated the issues causing them the problem and developed a solution to resolve it.
