Simply put, there are very few options for clients that want to engage a guide in their Performance Management journey.  Among those options, iCOMP has focused on understanding technology, but not becoming centered in the technology world growing to support Performance Management.  Doing that would certainly compromise our ability to work the process from the right side – that of the business user.
